Couple Completes Third Commercial Purchase

Real estate investors Michael and Barb Rapp have purchased a third Sturgeon Bay commercial property this year – this one the shopping center known as West Marine at 1449 Green Bay Road. Michael Schwantes of Creative Business Services/CBS-Global facilitated the sale.

The Rapps intend to update and revamp the 18,961-square-foot shopping center with lighting and landscaping. They’ve also recently purchased a commercial property at 120 Green Bay Road, as well as Northern Territory at 20-24 S. Madison Ave.
