COVID Protocols for 2022 Theater Season

Northern Sky Theater

This season, Northern Sky will have optional masking at both its outdoor amphitheater in Peninsula State Park and at its indoor Gould Theater in Fish Creek as long as Door County cases remain “green/low” as determined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The theater will not require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter either theater.

Peninsula Players

For the 2022 season, masks will be optional. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test will not be required for entry. The sides, doors and vents of the theater will remain open for all performances, so guests should dress accordingly.

Company members will be masked at all times (excluding actors on stage) so that they can help to protect the show from being canceled due to a positive COVID-19 test. The full company will be tested for COVID-19 twice each week as a preventive measure.

Door Shakespeare

Masking is welcome but not required at the outdoor theater. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test will not be required for entry.

Door Shakespeare will continue to monitor the situation as the season opening approaches.

Third Avenue PlayWorks

For the 2022 season, masking protocols will be determined on a show-by-show basis using the current CDC/community COVID-19 level. If the level is low, masking will be welcome but not required. If the level is medium or high, masks will be required. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test is not required for admittance to the theater.

If you or anyone in your party is not feeling well because of COVID-19, you can exchange your tickets for another performance or ask for a refund.
