Creative Kids Day at American Folklore Theatre

Kids will have a chance to look behind the scenes of a professional theater at American Folklore Theatre’s Creative Kids Day in Peninsula State Park on July 19.

This annual “casting call for creative kids” provides an opportunity for children ages 5 to 16 to spend a few hours with AFT company members and volunteers. Participants will spend the day playing theater games, joining in on cast sing-a-longs, and sneaking a rare peek inside the AFT dressing room. Each child receives a t-shirt that they can have signed by the cast and crew.

One session will be held from 9:30 am – noon, and the second session is 1 – 3:30 pm. Admission is $25 per child, or a maximum of $60 for three siblings or more. To enroll, call 920.854.6117. For more information visit folkloretheatre.com.
