Crossroads Hires Office Manager

Corinne Rice has joined Crossroads at Big Creek as its new office manager. She has an accounting assistant certificate and is working on an accounting associate degree through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Rice most recently worked in the Sturgeon Bay School District’s business office.

“We are extremely grateful to have Corinne on the Crossroads team,” said Laurel Hauser, executive director. “Her skill set is a welcome addition to our growing organization, and the fact that she is a longtime resident of Door County and has a passion for the environment makes her the perfect person for this position.”

Rice joins Hauser; Coggin Heeringa, interpretive naturalist; Nick Lutzke, land and facilities manager; and Lynn Michelsen, administrative assistant. Crossroads (crossroadsatbigcreek.org) is currently searching for a full-time, year-round program director

The nonprofit organization at 2041 Michigan St. in Sturgeon Bay seeks to inspire environmental stewardship in learners of all ages and from all backgrounds.
