Curious George Visits Crowd at Sturgeon Bay Library

More than 190 children and adults attended the Annual Winter Children’s Party with Curious George Jan. 27 at the Sturgeon Bay Branch of the Door County Library. Those gathered enjoyed Beth Lokken, youth services librarian, reading books projected onto a large screen, photos and high-fives with George, a boat building craft from newspapers, various games and coloring pages along with snacks provided by EconoFoods. Thanks to the volunteer efforts of Bjorn Lokken for donning the costume and the Friends of the Door County Library.
