Customers Behaving Badly? Learn How to Respond

Working with the public can be both fun and rewarding – until you encounter a challenging customer. It’s during moments like those when a little extra training goes a long way.

That’s why the Door County Community Foundation is hosting a free training session about how to respectfully respond and de-escalate tense situations.
