Dan Navarro to Perform at Lost Moth Gallery

Dan Navarro will perform March 8 in a Lost Moth Gallery concert, making a stop on his national tour with his new CD, Shed My Skin!

Navarro started his career as a songwriter for artists as diverse as Pat Benatar (the Grammy-nominated “We Belong”), The Bangles, Jackson Browne, Keb’ Mo’, Dave Edmunds, The Temptations, Dionne Warwick and more. In the 1990s, he recorded and toured with Lowen in the acclaimed acoustic duo Lowen & Navarro.

Navarro’s solo performances are marked by songs of rich insight and experience, delivered straight-up with honesty, grace and heart, in his moving and expressive baritone voice.

He has moonlighted as a singer and voice actor for 28 years, and has worked in major motion pictures like The Book Of Life, The Lorax, Happy Feet, Rio (on the Oscar-nominated “Real In Rio”), Ice Age, and on recordings with Neil Young, Andrea Bocelli, José Feliciano and more.
