Dance and Drum Gathering at STUDIO234

STUDIO234 will host a dance and drum gathering March 31, 7-9 pm. The circle will begin with a group meditation and a warm-up with gentle Qigong and dance-movement prompts. Drum rhythms will be added in, and dance or movement will be encouraged for individual and collective organic expression. 

Attendees may supply their own drum or other instruments, and a limited supply of rhythm instruments will be available. There is a suggested donation of $10 per person; no experience is necessary; and comfortable clothing is recommended.
