Dancin’ On the Door Offers East Coast Swing Lessons

Andria’s Dancin’ on the Door School Of Dance in Egg Harbor is excited to welcome back professional dance instructor Kevin Delcarson, offering a four-week series of adult swing dance lessons. Lessons begin July 19 and will be held on Tuesdays for beginners and Thursdays for continuing level students from 7-8:30 pm.

East Coast Swing originates from the 1920s and 1930s and can be danced to a variety of music from different genres including jazz, big band, oldies, and rock & roll. It is a partner dance, however, it is not required to sign up with a partner. Solo students are welcome and will be partnered up as needed. This low-impact aerobic activity helps increase flexibility, strength and balance as well as being a great exercise for the brain.
