Dandelion is on the Menu for this Clearing Class with Dave LaLuzerne

Dave LaLuzerne is holding a Dandelion Dinner May 12, 4-6 pm at The Clearing in Ellison Bay. The menu includes:  dandelion pesto on cracker with smoked fish, dandelion wine, ramp and potato soup, dandelion loaf with bacon, dandelion and ramp greens with fresh thyme, and dandelion blossom cake served with roasted dandelion root tea. Hors d’oeuvres and wine, along with dandelion lore, will be served at 4 pm, with dinner beginning at 5 pm.

The cost is $20 per person, with reservations required. The dinner will be limited to 20 people. For reservations, call LaLuzerne at 608.512.9633. The Clearing is located at 12171 Garrett Bay Road.
