“Dark Songs” Presented at TAP

On Oct. 27 at 7 pm, Third Avenue Playhouse hosts “Dark Songs: The Edgar Allen Poe Polka.” This show is the annual October songwriting/recording/live-performance event produced and sponsored by The Holiday Music Motel, and is inspired by the life and works of Edgar Allen Poe.

Like Steel Bridge Songfest, “Dark Songs” attracts artists from around the globe to collaboratively write and record original songs inspired by the Halloween season. Those songs, along with songs from past years, will be showcased.

Artists scheduled to appear include: Andrea Wittgens, Kim Manning, Vincent Gates, Danielle French, Anna Sacks, Ruby James, Kory Murphy, Liv Mueller, Jim McIver, James Hall, Dan Smrz, Vee Sonnets, Mojo Perry, melaniejane, Charlie Cheney, Mike Bleck, pat mAcdonald, Victoria Vox, Bruce Reaves, Chris Aaron, David Woods, Charles Boheme, Renee de la Boheme, Ellie Maybe, Landon Capelle, Anne McCue, Jeanne Kuhns, Steve Smith, Jamey Clark, and Savage-a-Go Go.
