Date Set for 45th Annual “Olde Ellison Bay Days”

At its monthly membership meeting on October 14, the Ellison Bay Service Club confirmed dates for the 45th annual “Olde Ellison Bay Days” celebration – Door County’s original summer festival. As in years past, the event will be held the last weekend in June, Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, June 24-26, 2011.

Traditionally marking the beginning of the summertime festival season in northern Door County, Olde Ellison Bay Days will again feature a talent show, grand parade, arts and crafts fair, festive food, drink and live entertainment, and a variety of activities for the entire family, ranging from children’s games to a water golf competition on the Ellison Bay Park pier – as well as a number of surprising new attractions.
