Dave LaLuzerne to Lead Herb Walk June 15

Herbal pharmacist Dave LaLuzerne will lead an herb walk – limited to 16 participants – at Ellison Bluff County Park on June 15, 10 am – 12 pm.

During this fundraiser for the Climate Change Coalition of Door County, he’ll teach hikers about the medical and culinary uses of spring woodland plants such as ramps, wild sarsaparilla, burdock, bloodroot, trillium and more. Participants will learn to identify a variety of plants and how they can help to maintain health and well-being. LaLuzerne has more than 30 years of experience learning, using and teaching about herbs.
