Dave Tilton’s “Theremin” Headed to NYC

Award-winning Sister Bay artist Dave Tilton is pleased to announce that his digital work “Theremin” was selected by Hahnemühle USA for exhibition at PhotoPlus Expo in New York City.

Hahnemühle has been producing paper in the same location in Germany since 1584 and is known worldwide for its fine art papers. Their highly awarded Digital FineArt Collection is the world market leader in high quality inkjet papers. PhotoPlus Expo is the largest photography and imaging exposition in North America and runs Oct. 22 – 24.

“I am extremely honored that Hahnemühle selected ‘Theremin’ for PhotoPlus Expo. My wife, Paula Oeler, and I print all of our work at our studio here in Sister Bay. We are obsessive about quality and rely exclusively on Hahnemühle papers because of their excellent quality, reliability and service,” said Dave Tilton.

Tilton’s “Theremin” has previously won awards in national and international competition. It was awarded the Digital Art Guild Award at The Museum of the Living Artist at the San Diego Art Institute’s 51st International Exhibition. “Theremin” was also awarded an Honorable Mention by juror Christine Paul at the national juried competition, Digital Works, at the Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts and Sciences in New Jersey.

Tilton’s work can be viewed locally at Edgewood Orchard Galleries, located at 4140 Peninsula Players Rd in Fish Creek. Edgewood Orchard is open daily 10 am to 5 pm through Nov. 1. For more information visit CartaStudioWorks.com.
