Day of Mending on Oct. 24

The Harborettes Homemakers Club will sponsor a Day of Mending as a community-service project Oct. 24, 9 am – 1 pm, at Egg Harbor’s Bertschinger Community Center. Take your clothing or linens that need mending, and club members will sew on buttons, repair seams, patch items and the like, but sorry – no zipper repairs.
