DCA Hosts St. Norbert College Lecture Series March 5

The fifth and final lecture in the St. Norbert College Distinguished Lecture Series at the Door Community Auditorium will take place on March 5. Professor of Business Administration at St. Norbert College, Eliot Elfner will present “The Ambiguity of Leadership.”

“When I first began teaching as a TA in grad school, I noticed that the book we were using covered several topics related to leadership,” said Elfner. “Our text discussed much research on the concept of leadership, but little was definitive…How leadership, power, authority, and influence differed was not clear to me.”

Elfner grew up in Madison, where he completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at UW-Madison. He came to St. Norbert College as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in 1971.

All lectures begin at 9 am and are free and open to the public. The Lecture Series is sponsored by Dahl Law Firm, LLC and Ross Estate Planning and is partnered with DoorCountyDailyNews.com. Ecology Sports Base Camp will provide refreshments for purchase. The Door Community Auditorium is located at 3926 Highway 42 in Fish Creek.
