DCA Presents the Blues Brothers Revue

On July 25, Fish Creek will come alive with blues, soul, and gospel music when Door Community Auditorium presents the official Blues Brothers Revue. The Blues Brothers Revue pays homage to Chicago’s rich musical history in the true spirit of the Blues Brothers, originally created by John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd in 1978. Sanctioned by Aykroyd and the Belushi estate, the Official Blues Brothers Revue recreates the live Blues Brothers concert experience, evoking the humor, music, and mayhem of the original film.

In the Blues Brothers Revue, Jake and Elwood are portrayed by frontmen Wayne Catania and Kieron Lafferty. Backed by the high-energy eight-piece Intercontinental Rhythm & Blues Revue Band, Catania and Lafferty demonstrate the passion and precision that catapulted the original Blues Brothers into cinematic and musical legend.

Shows begin at 8 pm, and advance reservations are recommended. For tickets, call 920.868.2728, visit dcauditorium.org, or stop by the DCA box office. The box office is located at 3926 Highway 42 in Fish Creek and is open 12 – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
