DCEDC Launches Lakeshore Industry Cluster Initiative

The Door County Economic Development Corporation joined colleagues to launch a Lakeshore Industry Cluster Initiative for the Manitowoc, Door, Calumet, Kewaunee and Sheboygan Counties region. The initiative will focus on four high-growth industry clusters in the region: Manufacturing, Food Processing/Agriculture, Energy and Tourism. The initiative will engage business leaders to analyze and leverage assets and opportunities for additional business growth and development.

The initiative process begins with an event on August 28 at Fox Hills Resort (Mishicot). Local business leaders from the targeted industries are encouraged to attend the event to learn how their businesses can benefit from being involved.
