DCEDC Seeks Nominations for Annual Awards

The Door County Economic Development Corporation’s (DCEDC) board of directors is seeking nominations for new, annual awards that salute and celebrate individuals and businesses that have made significant economic impacts through business development, innovative operation, adaptability, passion, ingenuity, civic engagement and community involvement.

The new honors are the Light Keeper Award for the women- and/or minority-owned business of the Year, the Range Lights Award for the new business of the year, the Lighthouse Award for the established business of the year (fewer than three years), and the Lantern Award for lifetime achievement.The award recipients will be announced at the DCEDC’s annual meeting in September. The nomination-submission deadline is June 30.
