DCHS Featured Pet: Black Widow

Meet Black Widow, a 5-month-old kitten available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus. This is the one instance where having a black widow in your home would be a good thing. She is not poisonous, dangerous or creepy; in fact, she’s the exact opposite. Black Widow is a cuddly lap cat who enjoys equal amounts of snuggles and play time. She loves her fellow kitten roommates and wouldn’t mind a home with other pets. Like all cats at WHS, she has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

The WHS Door County Campus is located at 3475 Park Drive, across from the Cherryland Airport in Sturgeon Bay. The campus is open for adoptions 12-6 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 12-4 pm Saturday. For more information call 920.746.1111.
