Canasta is a handsome, black-and-white, 10-month-old available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus. He is a curious guy who does enjoy chasing toys, but he really just wants his belly rubbed all day long. After the first pet, he immediately starts purring and rolls over, begging for more.
He was surrendered to WHS in September, so he’s been waiting a long time to find a family of his own. If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy, young kitty to join your family, Canasta is your guy! Like all cats at WHS, he is already neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Now all he needs is you.
The WHS Door County Campus – at 3475 Park Dr., across from Cherryland Airport in Sturgeon Bay – is open for adoptions Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12-6 pm; and Saturday, 12-4 pm. To learn more, call 920.746.1111.
