DCHS Participates in Michelson Found Animals Saving Pets Challenge

The Door County Humane Society (DCHS) is up for the Michelson Found Animals Saving Pets Challenge for the third year. The Challenge started this past May 2 and runs through June 1. During the 30 days of the challenge more than 500 animal welfare organizations compete to see which group can raise the most money for their cause. All competing organizations receive the money they raise online, in addition to the chance to win $150,000 in bonus prizes. A few anonymous donors have pledged to match the money that DCHS raises, during this first week, up to $20,000.
