DCMC Accepts New Patients as of April 1

Door County Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Team: Ellen Knipfer, NP; Dr. Richard Hogan; Ruth Sohns, NP; Dr. Kelton Reitz; Hannah Craanen, NP; and Dr. Paul Board. Submitted.

As of April 1, Drs. Kelton Reitz and Richard Hogan, along with Dr. Paul Board, began accepting new patients into their practices at the Door County Medical Center (DCMC) Clinic in Sturgeon Bay. Each physician will partner with a nurse practitioner to better serve patients and ensure that doctors are free to handle critical issues, giving the community improved access to care.

“We are pleased that our experienced, highly respected team of internal medicine providers can now care for an increased number of patients. The doctor and nurse practitioner will serve patients as a care team through this innovative approach that ensures accessibility and continuity,” said Jodi Hibbard, director of clinic operations at DCMC.
