DCMC Auxiliary Names Scholarship Recipients

Every year in early December, the Door County Medical Center Auxiliary (DCMCA) hosts the highly successful Angel Ball, a fun evening of dining, dancing and an auction that benefits Door County’s high schools. The 2018 Angel Ball raised almost $40,000 for scholarship distribution this year. 

High school recipients who received $1,000 scholarships were Ashley Ellefson of Sevastopol; Grace LeGrave, McCayla Moore and Alexis Wery of Southern Door; MaKenzye Hasenjager, Kaitlyn Mirkes, Ella Pinkert and Carson Tabert of Sturgeon Bay; Sierra Nessinger and Hannah Wessel of Algoma; and Payton Pluff of Gibraltar.

Tuition recipients receiving $2,000 scholarships were Allison Alberts, LaRae Bagnall, Anna Giblin, Kathleen Giblin, Bailey Hanson, Hanna Mallien, Ashley Pluff, Samantha Prust, Alli Spitzer and Sydney Tlachac.
