DCMC to Open DirectCare

DCMC is opening a DirectCare clinic on Sturgeon Bay’s west side. Submitted.

Door County Medical Center (DCMC) will open a DirectCare clinic June 9 to provide quick, easy, face-to-face medical care at 911 Green Bay Road on Sturgeon Bay’s west side. An open house is set for June 14, 4-6 pm.

DirectCare allows patients to meet with a clinician in person for minor, common, nonemergency illnesses and health concerns and to receive a limited menu of services as a way to ensure affordability and accessibility. DirectCare is not a replacement for having or seeing a primary-care provider.
