DCMGA Begins Tuesday in the Garden Door Series

The Door County Master Gardeners Association (DCGMA) will begin presenting its Tuesday in the Garden Door series June 11 in the Garden Door at the Peninsular Agricultural Research Station, 4312 Hwy 42. Three speakers will speak about a variety of horticulture-related topics each evening.

Programs will cover such topics as body mechanics for gardeners, the Heritage Garden at Crossroads, the German vernacular garden style, pollinators, native plants, garden photography, birds, vegetable gardening, art in the garden and fall planters.

Visit dcmga.org to learn more about each month’s free, 90-minute, outdoor program, which will begin at 7 pm. Attendees are encouraged to take a chair because there is limited seating in the Garden Door. The programs will be held inside in the event of inclement weather.
