DCU Girls Swimmers Fourth at Jaguars Invite

The Door County United (DCU) cooperative girls swimming team scored 228.5 points to place fourth out of 10 teams at Saturday’s Ashwaubenon Jaguars Invite.
Julia Michalski of Sturgeon Bay was the top scorer in the individual events for DCU. She tallied 34 points after placing second in both the 200-yard individual medley and the 100 freestyle.
Dancia Neville of Southern Door scored 24 points by placing sixth in the 100 breaststroke and eighth in the 200 individual medley.
Two of DCU’s three relays placed third, with the other relay finishing eighth.
Up next for the DCU girls is a home dual meet Thursday at 6 pm against Clintonville at the Door County YMCA.
