DCVB and SBVC Offer Dual Membership Program

The Door County Visitor Bureau (DCVB) and Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center (SBVC) announced a new dual membership program that will allow businesses in Sturgeon Bay the opportunity to conveniently support both organizations.

“This program provides the greatest opportunity to meet the primary goals of delivering high value to our industry partners,” stated Jack Moneypenny, president & CEO of the DCVB, “while more effectively working to support and strengthen each business association as much as possible.”

Businesses participating in the program will receive the benefits of the two organizations at a lower combined rate than belonging to each organization individually.

The new dual membership program officially begins on Aug. 1, and the forthcoming year will serve as a trial to determine if the program can be successful. Both the DCVB and SBVC are confident this partnership has the potential to unify the community and both organizations in way that hasn’t been done before.

The new program could also act as a potential model for other business associations in the county to partner with the DCVB in the future on their own dual membership programs.
