DCVB Holds Tourism Ambassador Class

The Door County Visitor Bureau (DCVB) is holding its first Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) class on Jan. 26, 8:30 am – 1 pm, at the Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor. The Door County CTA Program is a multifaceted program that serves to increase regional tourism by inspiring front-line employees and volunteers to turn each visitor encounter into a positive experience.

In order to become a Door County CTA, an individual must complete the required pre-class reading, attend a half-day classroom session and complete an open book examination. Upon successful completion, the participants will earn the CTA designation and receive a CTA certificate and lapel pin. The cost is $25 per person.
