DD Habitat for Humanity Begins Annual Appeal

’Tis the season of giving, so Door County Habitat for Humanity (DCHH) is launching its annual appeal for monetary donations, which are essential to helping DCHH grow and provide more services to the community. Donations can be made in cash, by credit card, by check made payable to “DCHH,” as a qualified charitable donation from a traditional IRA, as a planned gift or bequest (including a gift of land) or as a gift of stock. 

Donations will support more than 80 Door County residents, including children, people with disabilities, veterans and seniors, all of whom need assistance to sustain a quality life. DCHH seeks to build two homes in 2022, complete 50 home-repair projects and 20 deconstruction projects, continue to build ReStore sales, and establish Ramp Up Door County, a ramp-lending program.
