Dead Horses will kick off the free, 2021 Sunset Concert season at the Peg Egan Performing Arts Center (PAC) on July 4, 7 pm.
The Milwaukee-based Dead Horses isn’t a band in the conventional sense. Instead, it’s an intimate, folk-inspired conversation between two close friends – guitarist/singer Sarah Vos and bassist Daniel Wolff – who weave a vibrant patchwork of classic and contemporary influences.
Dead Horses has earned accolades for its playing and recording, and Rolling Stone named the duo an Artist You Should Know. Vos and Wolff have toured extensively and received an invitation to open for The Who.
The Peg Egan PAC, 7840 Church St. in Egg Harbor, is an outdoor amphitheater that hosts folk, blues, alternative, jazz and world music by national touring artists. All shows are subject to change, so visit facebook.com/PegEganPAC or call 920.493.5979 for updates. Lawn chairs and carry-ins are allowed. Masks will be required for all audience members until further notice. In case of rain, most shows will be broadcast live on facebook.com/PegEganPAC.
