Deadline Approaches for “Making Our Mark”

May 1 is the entry deadline for the student juried exhibition entitled, “Making Our Mark,” at Peninsula School of Art in Fish Creek. Students who have taken a workshop since January 1, 2008, are invited to submit up to 2 works for a flat entry fee of $25. All 2 and 3-D artists are welcome. Works submitted must not have been exhibited previously in Door County, and may have been completed in or out of a workshop. “Making Our Mark” will be displayed from Aug. 24 – Oct. 5.

Peninsula School of Art instructors Bonnie Paruch, Dan Anderson and Bren Sibilsky will judge works for recognition and cash awards.

Entries for Making Our Mark must be submitted digitally by May 1 to Director of Marketing and Exhibitions, Kay McKinley Arneson, at [email protected]. ‘Submissions for Jury’ should be written in the email subject line.
