Destination Door County Update

by Jack Moneypenny, President and CEO, Destination Door County

I wanted to share what we at Destination Door County are doing as we continue to navigate this global health crisis. We’re hopeful that, by working together now and following the recommendations from state and local health authorities, we will have the best chance to enjoy future travels in and around Door County during the months ahead.

We continue working to stay informed about the latest recommendations from federal, state and local health authorities; and we are sharing pertinent information with the public on our Travel Updates page at DoorCounty.com. Included on that page is a link to local business updates: updated business hours, schedules, changes to normal business operations and temporary closures. If your business information is not currently listed or needs to be updated, please contact [email protected] or your community coordinator.

During the past few weeks, we have used our tourism-industry newsletter to share relevant information, links to business resources, updates about event changes and postponements, and more with the local tourism community, and we’ll continue to use it in that way. If you have not yet subscribed to our newsletter, we encourage you to join our recipient list by emailing [email protected]. Subscribing to this newsletter will be the most efficient way for those in Door County’s tourism industry to stay informed about what’s happening as we move forward and work on a robust recovery plan. Stay safe.
