Diane Taillon Completes Specialized Realtors Course

Diane Taillon has just completed a highly specialized course in customer service referral-based business conducted by the council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors. This course is one in a series of professional education sequences required to qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. Out of more than 1 million realtors, less than three percent are Certified Residential Specialists. “There are many new unique and compelling strategies for enhancing the customer’s experience,” said Taillon, “and I have already begun to apply the strategies covered during this course in my work with my clients at Arbor Crowne Properties.”
