Dickinson Poetry Series Features Steven Link

Steven P. Link will be the featured Dickinson Poetry Series reader on Dec. 12, 7 pm, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

Link’s engaging, sporadic, poetic “occurrences” often find him scurrying for pen and paper to capture poetic images. In his previous life as a corporate data analyst, Link migrated through northern Illinois and Madison before arriving home to Door County.

Writing poetry, running a used bookstore, and collecting rare books comprise his more satisfying second career. He currently owns and operates “Untitled” Used & Rare Books in Sturgeon Bay; the store offers a monthly poetry reading and occasional music events.

On the second Wednesday of every month the Dickinson Poetry Series features a reading by a local or regional poet followed by an open mic and reception. The public is welcome, and admission is free.

The UUF is located at 10341 Highway 42 in Ephraim. For more information visit or call 920.854.7559.
