Dinner, Bluegrass at White Gull Inn

Wisconsin-based Third Coast Bluegrass – a new band made of longtime friends and musical cohorts with roots in the Great Lakes bluegrass scene going back to the 1970s – will be featured in concert at the White Gull Inn on Jan. 11.

The band comprises Marc Edelstein, bass and vocals; Ken Finkel, banjo and vocals; Peter Knupfer, fiddle; Don Stiernberg, mandolin and vocals; and Jerry Wicentowski, lead vocals and guitar. Its repertoire spans bluegrass classics, originals and adaptations from other songwriters.

The concert at the White Gull Inn, 4225 Main St. in Fish Creek, includes an optional, pre-concert, fixed-price dinner at 6 pm, and the concert will begin at 8 pm. The menu will feature ragù alla Bolognese, focaccia, wedge salad with buttermilk–blue cheese dressing, and tiramisù.
