DIPPEL EARNS UUFDC SCHOLARSHIP

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County (UUFDC) has awarded its annual $1,000 Social Justice Scholarship to Isabella Dippel, a graduating senior from Sturgeon Bay High School. The scholarship is open to graduating seniors from all five Door County school districts and to graduating homeschooled students.

Dippel has demonstrated the deep personal commitment to social justice that’s reflected in the founding principles of Unitarian Universalism through her extensive social-justice contributions. She has worked with LEAP: The Human Kindness Project, JUMP Theater, anti-bullying programming, her church, the Door County library, the YMCA, retirement communities, and the Boys and Girls Club.

Dippel plans to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy’s College of the Performing Arts to earn a bachelor of fine arts degree in musical theater
