Discourse and Indelible Editions to Create Book

The Sister Bay coffee shop Discourse is partnering with Indelible Editions, a New York-based book-packaging and design company, to publish a book chronicling the shop’s journey, ideology and methodology.

Discourse shared news of the collaboration on Facebook, saying that the book will “consist of three parts: an overview of coffee, tea and popular brewing methods; an in-depth look into fourth-wave coffee and the methods and ideas that have inspired it; and a collection of 50 of our favorite recipes from the last few years, accompanied by some incredible recipes from our friends and compatriots in the industry.”

Indelible Editions has seven New York Times bestsellers to its name and will work with Discourse owner Ryan Castelez and his team to produce a pitch for publishers, with hopes of getting the book to market in 2022.

“I could not be more grateful to the team at Indelible for believing in this vision and helping me bring it to life,” Castelez said. “I absolutely cannot wait to share the fruits of this partnership with all of you!”
