Discover Mediaworks, a family-owned strategic marketing and media production company based in Wisconsin, announced that its award-winning television series will soon be available for streaming through major platforms. Beginning Jan. 10, viewers will be able to watch Discover Wisconsin, Into the Outdoors and Boondock Nation on Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Chromecast and Smart TVs.
“When my father first created our show Discover Wisconsin, his aspirational tagline was, ‘Promoting Wisconsin to the world,’” said Mark Rose, chief executive officer of Discover Mediaworks. “Now, 32 years later, we are literally doing just that. In fact, people around the world can now download and stream all of our brands — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.” The show will be the first series of its kind available for streaming on commonly used platforms.
The launch to streaming services will align with Discover Wisconsin’s “Wisconsin Supper Clubs” episode, which will explore this essential part of Wisconsin’s culinary culture.Discover Mediaworks plans to step even further into the world of online viewing in the months to come. In mid-January, the company plans to live-broadcast while filming of an episode of Boondock Nation, an adrenaline-fueled series that follows three snowmobilers as they travel to destinations in North America with various guest riders.
