Discover Wisconsin Launches Photo Contest

In partnership with the Wisconsin Counties Association, Discover Wisconsin has launched its popular photo contest via social media, through which 12 fan-submitted photos will be published in Discover Wisconsin’s annual calendar. Access the guidelines and other information about the contest at bobber.discoverwisconsin.com, and submit entries by the May 31 deadline.

Following the submission and voting period, Discover Wisconsin will select the top 12 photos, as well as the one among those that will appear on the calendar’s cover. The 2023 calendars will be available for purchase in the fall at shop.discoverwisconsin.com. 

Sara Rahmer’s photo of a sunrise in Oshkosh from Millers Bay – chosen from more than 700 entries – appeared on the cover of the 2022 calendar. 

Applicants must submit an original digital photo – at least 300 dpi, no smaller than five inches by seven inches and in jpeg file format – that features a Wisconsin destination. They must also include their name, social handle, address, email address, the photo location and a photo caption.
