The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is expanding the Check Out Wisconsin State Parks at Your Library program, which gives library-card holders the opportunity to check out day passes to state parks, forests and recreation areas.
More than 160 libraries statewide have already begun making nearly 6,300 day passes available this year, contrasted with the initial program, which offered 1,000 day passes through 20 libraries.
