The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help has welcomed Don Warden as its new chief operations officer. Warden joins the Shrine after having recently served as executive director of Elizabeth Ministry International. In his role as COO, Warden will serve under the direction of the newly established board of trustees of the nonprofit National Catholic Marian Shrine located in Champion. He will lead a team of professionals recently assembled at Champion to shepherd it through the era of steady growth and expansion it has been experiencing since having been designated, in 2010, the only Church-approved Marian apparition site in the U.S. and, subsequently, in 2016, a National Shrine.
The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help is located at 4047 Chapel Drive in Champion, centrally located between Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay and Algoma. It is open 365 days a year, from 7 am to 7 pm. For more information visit ShrineOfOurLadyOfGoodHelp.com.
