Cari Lewis McMahon will assume the role of executive director of the Door Community Auditorium (DCA) on December 6, 2010. Lewis McMahon joins DCA following six years working as executive director of The Ross Ragland Theater & Cultural Center in Klamath Falls, OR.

Lewis McMahon has been an active member of Klamath County Rotary, Discover Klamath’s Board of Directors and the Association of Performing Arts Presenters (Arts Presenters). Lewis McMahon is a current participant in a Leadership Development Institute led by Arts Presenters and the Research Center for Leadership in Action at the Robert F. Originally hailing from Howard’s Ridge, Missouri – an Ozarks community without a store, stoplight or unique zip code – Lewis McMahon graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy as a trumpet major before completing an arts management program at Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. As part of Baldwin Wallace’s arts management program, Lewis McMahon interned with many Cleveland area arts organizations including Cleveland Ballet, Great Lakes Theatre Festival, Akron Symphony and The Old Stone Singers.
