Door Community Auditorium Screens “American Graffiti”

American Graffiti will be showing as the fourth film in the Souper Movies Series on Feb. 19 at 2 pm at the Door Community Auditorium. Admission is free and tickets are not required, but attendees are asked to bring a canned food donation to benefit Feed My People.

Written and directed by George Lucas, American Graffiti was released in August 1973. Staring Ron Howard and Richard Dreyfuss, the film portrays a group of high school seniors that spend their last night cruising the strip and embarking on all kinds of adventures before they leave for college the next morning. Set in 1962, American Graffiti portrays a universal and generation-bridging dilemma: what to do once high school is over.

The Souper Movies Series is held at the Door Community Auditorium, located at 3926 Highway 42 in Fish Creek. For more information call 920.868.2728 or visit http://www.dcauditorium.org.
