Door County Art News: Lynn Berger Presents Her Artwork at Base Camp

Lynn Berger’s photography/fabric art is inspired by the natural beauty of Door County, a place to which she has been a “full-time visitor” since childhood. Her art will be on display at the Base Camp coffee bar until the end of December. Join the artist for an opening reception November 14, 5 – 7 pm.

Berger’s photographs are printed on cotton and enhanced with texture and intricate embroidery, becoming one of a kind wall hangings. She often weaves twigs, branches and feathers into her designs, creating a three dimensional journey into her photographs – a visual hike into the beautiful place she calls home.

Base Camp, located at 10904 Hwy. 42 in north Sister Bay on the lower level of Ecology Sports, is open daily 7:30 am – 4 pm. For more information call 920.854.5724.
