Door County Brewing Co. Introduces an American IPA, Pallet Jack Cruiser

Door County Brewing Company expands distribution to Indiana on Jan. 1, after signing distribution agreements with Craftroads Beverage. Door County Brewing Co. began its distribution in Wisconsin in 2013, expanding to Minnesota in 2015, Illinois in 2016 and now Indiana.

“We are excited to partner with a distributor whose only focus is on craft beer,” said John McMahon, president and CEO of Door County Brewing Co. “It’s important that our distributors have the same passion for craft beer culture as we do.”

“Craftroads recognizes a vision of success in Door County Brewing Co. that mirrors our core strategic pillars, based on quality, education and collaboration,” said Chad Lewton, President of Craftroads Beverage.

In other brewery news, they are introducing their first full-time American IPA – Pallet Jack Cruiser.

“The name Pallet Jack Cruiser spurred from the reckless entertainment anyone who has ever worked around a pallet jack might be familiar with,” said Alicia Daubner, director of marketing for Door County Brewing Co. “You can’t help but get on one and ride it, no matter how illogical it may be.”

The brewers at Door County Brewing Co. drew inspiration from such momentary breaks during their workdays and developed a beer worthy of such a break.

“For Pallet Jack, we used Citra and Azacca hops to create a hop forward beer that was a little lighter on the bitterness,” said Danny McMahon, head brewer of Door County Brewing Co. “By showcasing flavor and aroma and keeping the ABV on the lower end, I see this being a go-to beer for a lot of people.”

Pallet Jack Cruiser will be available in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Indiana.
