Door County Bridge Club Begins Third Season

The third season of the Door County Bridge Club began on June 1. Sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL), duplicate bridge games will be held every Tuesday at 12 pm and every Friday at 9 am through September.

The club meets at the Stella Maris Catholic Church on Highway 42 in Egg Harbor, and plays tournament style duplicate contract bridge. Operated by ACBL-sanctioned Certified Director Barbara Piester, eligible players receive master points. Special games are planned throughout this summer, which allows players to earn additional and colored points.

Players are encouraged to come with a partner and prior reservations are not required. Game results will be scored electronically and available immediately following the game at http://www.acbl.org. Solo players should contact Piester prior to play to arrange for a partner. Cost to play is $7 per player.
