Door County Candy’s Charitable Choice Campaign is on Target

Terry Ullman, proprietor of Door County Candy, launched Door County Candy’s second annual “Life is Sweet!” Charitable Choice Campaign 2013 and, as of May 1, he has already achieved 15 out of 16 targeted donations to Door County nonprofits for his spring campaign.

The Charitable Choice Campaign plans to donate $100 to 32 non-profit organizations in Door County by the end of 2013. The campaign is simple: Anyone planning to donate to a Door County nonprofit who would like that organization to receive a $100 check from the Charitable Choice Campaign is asked to take a photo of themselves somewhere in Door County, with the slogan “Life is Sweet!” in the photo and then post, like and share that image with Door County Candy on their Facebook page.

To be on track for the campaign, Ullman is looking for the 16th participant. For more information, find Door County Candy on Facebook, call 920.746.0924, or stop by Door County Candy, open 9 am – 10 pm daily, on Third Avenue in Sturgeon Bay.
