Door County Civility Project Holds ‘Set the Table for Civility’ Discussion

During the holiday season, beginning at Thanksgiving and extending into the new year, the Door County Civility Project joins the National Institute for Civil Discourse (NICD) in inviting people from all over the country to take part in NICD’s Initiative to Revive Civility and help in “Setting the Table for Civility.” Join Door County Civility Project facilitators at Blue Front Café, 86 W Maple Street, Sturgeon Bay on Nov. 30, 6 – 7:30 pm. Attendees will learn about the local civility project and how we can urge one another to make a special effort during the Holiday Season to do two things: Pause and reflect on the need to heal what divides us; and take some action to help increase civility and respect among members of families, organizations and communities.
