Door County Community Foundation Distributes Funds from Emergency Response Fund

To provide a coordinated philanthropic response to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Door County Community Foundation (DCCF) and the United Way of Door County have activated the Door County Emergency Response Fund

To be fully transparent, the DCCF will provide regular updates about the total raised and a complete accounting of how every dollar contributed to the fund is being used to help the people of Door County. So far, money has gone to the Boys and Girls Club of Door County ($14,449); Door County Meals Cooperative ($11,000); Washington Island Community Health Program ($3,550); HELP of Door County ($3,000); Door County Medical Center Foundation ($3,000); and the Door County Fire Chiefs’ Relief Fund ($1,000).
